What you need to know
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, Airwallex.
- All prices and charges are in USD; taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.
- Checkout is encrypted in transit, and Reptilaw does not store full card numbers on the storefront.
- The billing address must match the card issuer records.

Currency and taxes
Reptilaw processes all orders in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout where applicable before you confirm your order.
Checkout security
Your payment is protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) from your browser to our payment partners. Reptilaw does not store full card numbers or CVV on the storefront. We receive only the information necessary to confirm your order and keep you updated.
Billing address must match
For card payments, please enter the billing address exactly as it appears on your card issuer records. Address mismatches are a common reason for declines and delays.
If a payment fails
- Confirm every field: card number, expiration date, CVV, and your billing address (match it to your statement).
- Check with your bank or PayPal for security flags, spending limits, or online purchase restrictions.
- Try again or switch to another accepted method: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, Airwallex.
- Refresh the page or try a different browser/device, then resubmit the order.
- Email [email protected] with the error message and timestamp. For your security, do not send full card details via email.
Troubleshooting
- Duplicate attempts: If you clicked multiple times, your bank may show temporary authorizations; unsuccessful attempts usually clear automatically.
- Saved autofill data: Manually retype your billing address to ensure a perfect match.
- PayPal-specific: Confirm your PayPal account status and available funding source before retrying.
