You have 2 hours from checkout to cancel your order.
What you need to know
- Cancellation window: 2 hours after order placement.
- Processing moves quickly: orders can enter processing within 1-1 business days; cancellation is not guaranteed after this.
- How to cancel: email [email protected] with your order number immediately.
- Refunds: approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days; your statement may update in 5-10 business days.
- Address accuracy: confirm your shipping address before payment; changes are not possible once processing begins.
- Shipping fees: the $6.99 per order shipping fee is refunded only if Reptilaw is at fault.
The 2-hour cancellation window
Placed an order and changed your mind? You have a clear 2-hour window from checkout to request a cancellation. We design our operations to move your look forward fast, so acting within this window is essential.

How to request a cancellation
- Email [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order.
- Use the subject line: Cancellation Request + Your Order Number.
- Include your order number, full name, and shipping address for verification.
- Share a brief reason for the cancellation (optional but helpful).
- Wait for our confirmation email. If your order has already entered processing, we will let you know whether a stop is possible.
What happens once processing begins
Orders can move to processing within 1-1 business days. During this stage, warehouse activity accelerates and we cannot guarantee cancellation. If the package ships, cancellation is no longer possible. Standard transit time after shipment is 2-5 business days.
Refunds for approved cancellations
- Method: refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout in USD.
- Timing: 5-7 business days for Reptilaw to process after approval; an additional 5-10 business days may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
- Fees: no restocking fee. The original $6.99 per order shipping fee is refunded only if Reptilaw is at fault.
Address accuracy is essential
Please review your shipping address carefully before payment. We ship to the address provided at checkout, and address edits are not possible once processing begins. Orders that ship to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout cannot be rerouted.
