Shipping Policy

At Reptilaw LLC, we want your order to arrive smoothly, quickly, and without stress. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver all purchases made on reptilaw.com.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one business day — Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional cost)

Delivery times are based on carrier estimates and may vary due to weather, distance, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with carrier details, a tracking number, and a direct link to track your package in real time.

Risk of Loss and Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. Once marked as “delivered” by the carrier, your order is considered fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or missing, please:

  1. Verify your shipping address used at checkout.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If the issue remains unresolved, email support@reptilaw.com within seven business days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with an investigation.

For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, we will always do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you and offer to reship (additional shipping fees may apply). Refunds can be issued minus original shipping costs if you prefer to cancel the order.

Multiple Shipments
Large or multi-item orders may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
