At Reptilaw, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your return request is approved, we’ll process your refund promptly and ensure it’s handled carefully from start to finish.

1. Refund Approval

• Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product

• Our quality team carefully verifies the item’s condition before confirming eligibility

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days

2. Refund Method

• All refunds are issued through the original payment method used during checkout

• Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing time

3. Non-Refundable Charges
Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if all items from your order are returned

• If the return is not due to Reptilaw’s error, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

• Refunds do not apply to items marked final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
